Welcome to Elite Auto Shine! By booking my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are here to keep things clear and fair for both of us.

 

1. My Services

I provide professional car detailing services. While I do my absolute best, results may vary depending on the car’s condition. Extremely neglected vehicles or certain stains may not be fully restorable.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, online inquiry, or in person.

• Payment is accepted in person only at the time of service. I do not accept online payments.

• Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

3. Business Insurance

I carry business insurance to give you peace of mind. While detailing your vehicle, I take every precaution to protect it.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before I arrive.

• Ensure your car is legally parked and accessible for mobile detailing services.

• I will need to use your water and electricity for the detail, I do not carry a water tank or generator in my car.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Liability & Damages

• I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the car.

• If accidental damage occurs during detailing, I will work with you to resolve it fairly.

7. Privacy & Data

I respect your privacy. Any contact information collected will only be used to provide my services and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
